NLC Test PREP ‒ THE START

Dr. Nettleman is a part of a long line of land surveyors and began to shadow the profession at age 14 continuing to boost his credentials by becoming a licensed surveyor, educator, author, and expert witness. NLC Test Prep began in 2012 as Dr. Tony Nettlemen decided to branch out and start his own business and education services.

NLC’s focus is on preparing land survey students for a successful career in land surveying filled with life-long learning. NLC Prep courses include various study tools and courses for NCEES FS, PS, and state-specific land surveyor exams.

Meet Your Instructor

Dr. Tony Nettleman started Nettleman Land Consultants, Inc., to share his love and passion for land surveying with others. From early childhood, Tony began surveying in his family business and has been learning ever since. He brings the knowledge from four university degree programs, thousands of hours of experience, and many hundreds of land disputes to land surveyors, attorneys, and property owners nation-wide.

Tony Nettleman graduated with Honors at New Mexico State University with a Bachelor of Science in Land Surveying Engineering, a Master of Science in Geospatial Engineering from Texas A&M Corpus Christi with honors, a PhD in Geomatics at the University of Florida, and a Juris Doctor at Florida International University.

While attending various universities, Tony has worked with several multi-national engineering firms in addition to teaching classes at Troy University, Florida Atlantic University, University of Florida, and Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi.

Currently, Tony lectures for various professional groups and serves as an expert witness. He is licensed as a Florida attorney and a Florida professional surveyor, and a Texas Registered Professional Surveyor.
